 for rapid pre-launch preparation. Based on modern automation and deployability, SpaceRig's systems are ideal for responsive mission operations

 

Manufacturers and developers are able to conduct pre-launch campaigns with low turnaround time and in a flexible and cost-effective manner. Spaceport and launch operators can similarly offer streamlined fueling services.

SpaceRig Fueling Features

High capacity, high accuracy

Propellant loading campaigns up to 300 kg in under two hours (subject to valve throughput).

 

Accuracy <1% at 5 kg, <0.01% at 300 kg.

Minimal complication, touch screen operation with optional remote operation if desired.

 

Logging, tracking and safety control.

 

Easy detanking operations.

Handles positive expulsion (bladder, diaphragm) and surface tension (PMD) style tanks.

 

Compatible with AS1098-04 or RAFTI interfaces and adaptable to additional interfaces.

 

Can use any compatible inert gas as pressurant, typically nitrogen or helium.

SpaceRig currently offers fueling services for hydrazine-family propellants (such as MON, MMH). Additional services in development for oxidizer (NTO), noble gases (Xenon, Krypton), High Test Peroxide, Nitrous Oxide and green monopropellants (ASCENT and others)
